Fees for an initial consultation to see your selected clinician will not exceed £450 and the fee for any follow-up consultation will not exceed £325. These estimates are correct as at the date of this letter. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the appointment may be charged.

Following your consultation you may need certain tests (such as blood tests or imaging, for example an X-ray, MRI or CT scan) to help us diagnose your condition. The fees for those tests will be determined by the clinic or hospital and charged to you, or your private medical insurer, separately. If there are any fees which your clinician will charge in relation to any of the tests, your clinician will let you know what those will be.

Private Medical Insurance.

If you have private medical insurance, please contact your insurer before your consultation, to check the terms of your policy, particularly the level and type of outpatient cover you have, including any reimbursement limits on individual consultation fees. There are certain clinical fees where a shortfall may apply. We will inform you of these beforehand.

Mr Birdi is recognised by the private medical insurers listed below:

BUPA, AVIVA, WPA, HEALIX, Cigna, Vitality, Allianz and others.

Mr Singh is recognised by  the private medical insurers listed below:

BUPA, AVIVA, AXAPPP, WPA, HEALIX, Cigna, Vitality, Allianz and others.

Other clinicians in the service will inform you which insurers currently recognise their service prior to your consultation.

Please note you are responsible for any fees not covered by your insurer.

Financial Interests

Your clinicians own no financial interests in The Harley Street Clinic or any equipment there. Mr Birdi is a Co-Director of The Keyhole Heart Clinic. Our clinical partners One Heart Clinic and The London Heart Centre provide diagnostic tests for The Keyhole Heart Clinic which the team at The Keyhole Heart Clinic will report. The team at The Keyhole Heart Clinic receives a reporting fee for this purpose.
