Health Intelligence for Those Who Refuse to Leave the Future to Chance

Your health deserves the same calibre of intelligence and foresight that built your personal success. What we’re offering is not another checklist, lifestyle or cardiac wellness program.

It is a precision health strategy built for thinkers, founders, and leaders who value clear, fact-based insight over guesswork.

Traditional systems serve the many, not the meticulous. Data is scattered across specialists. Reports issued without a narrative. Decisions made without synthesis.

What’s missing is connection, an integrated view where information becomes insight and insight becomes action.

With 20 years of experience advancing non-invasive heart surgery, the Keyhole Heart Clinic brings a unique perspective to prevention and long-term management.

We understand the heart’s structure and function in detail. This allows us to spot early signs and interpret key indicators. Every assessment and treatment plan is designed to prevent heart disease from progressing.

Private Cardiac Program Options & Costs

We use blood tests and simple, non-invasive test measures, such as heart rate and blood pressure, to identify early signs and indicators of heart-related conditions. All your appointments are with an experienced doctor who provides clear advice. Spaces are limited to ensure depth and discretion.

Choose between 3 private client pathways, each designed to suit different needs and levels of care.

The Difference in Our Approach

Many clinics offer “heart checks” or “platinum health MOTs (Measurements, Observations, and Tests)” based on fixed test packages. Our approach is unique:

  • Consultant-led from the start: We begin with a detailed cardiology consultation to understand your symptoms, family history and risk factors.
  • Advanced blood tests as standard: We use specialised cardiac biomarkers (which provide a more accurate picture of heart disease risk), not just basic cholesterol tests.
  • Tests tailored to you: Echocardiograms (ultrasound scans of the heart) and CT scans of your coronary arteries are added only when clinically necessary, in accordance with medical guidelines.
  • One cardiologist throughout: A single cardiology consultant oversees your entire assessment, interprets all results, and explains what they mean for your life and health in a personal results consultation.
  • Ongoing support if needed: We offer structured follow-up appointments to monitor your heart health over time, rather than treating prevention as a one-off screening event.

Our Cardiac Longevity Program is designed around our patients’ individual requirements. It’s expert-led and focused on providing clarity, confidence and ongoing support for your heart health.

FAQs On Our Cardiac Longevity Program

Read our frequently asked questions about our Cardiac Longevity Program.

Is this program covered by private health insurance, or purely self-pay?

Currently, our Cardiac Longevity Program is a self-pay service. The complete preventative heart care package (consultation and tests) is usually considered screening and isn’t typically reimbursed as a bundle.

However, individual elements may sometimes be covered when ordered for diagnostic rather than preventative purposes. For example, if you have symptoms like chest pain or concerns about specific heart conditions, high blood pressure or heart attacks. This might include Echocardiograms or further tests.

We provide clinical letters and reports to support any insurance claim patients wish to make, though we cannot guarantee reimbursement. Coverage depends entirely on your insurer and policy.

Can assessments be conducted at my home?

For the most part, no. The core assessment requires clinic-based equipment and must be performed in a medical facility for accuracy and safety. This includes:

  • Physical examination and medical history review

  • ECG to measure heart rhythm and function

  • Echocardiogram

  • CT scans of the coronary arteries

However:

  • Your results consultation can be held online if you prefer

  • Blood draws may be arranged at home through partner services in some locations

What happens if testing reveals an issue requiring treatment?

If your assessment identifies a heart health concern, you’ll have a cardiologist who already knows your medical history and can guide you through the next steps.

Depending on the diagnosis, we may:

  • Arrange additional tests to clarify findings (such as CTCA, stress imaging, MRI or invasive angiography)

  • Recommend lifestyle changes and medication to reduce heart disease risk

  • Refer for procedures like stenting if coronary artery disease is detected

  • Discuss surgical treatment options, including keyhole approaches, through our clinic

  • Provide detailed reports for your GP and any existing specialists

If results indicate urgent risk, such as significant coronary artery disease or heart failure, we’ll advise immediate care and provide all necessary documentation for emergency services.

We’ve reimagined heart care—for people who won’t settle for average. Contact us for more information or to book an appointment.
